staff - very friendly. manager goes to great lengths to provide an excellent service. lima was our first stop in south america. this hostel was a very welcome start. we were made to feel safe and very at home. that was greatly appreciated.
location - hostel was located a 15 minute walk from minneflorres and not walking distance to central lima.
characterfun - no common room so all your time was spent inside your room. even for meals.
* ask for a room not on the main road. it is very noisy.

highly recommended. the staff were extremely helpful in suggesting activities in lima - even booking them for us. the hostal is very clean an dyou even get breakfast delivered to your room.

Le staff de la maison est d une gentillessse a toute epreuve et dune aide precieuse. Le proprietaire vous donnera volontier un petit resume de l histoire du perou et plus particulierement de la ville.

Angelo and his family are wonderful, and are so helpful. We loved hearing his stories about Peru. I would recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Lima!

As most of these comments attest, the helpful advice by all the staff (especially the owners) make this a great hostel. The location is ok(10-15min walk to the centre of Miraflores) and the rooms and beds are comfortable

We really enjoyed staying here! It's about 10 minutes walk from the center of Miraflores, and about 5 minutes walk from a huge supermarket.
As other reveiwers have mentioned, Angelo and his family are very welcoming, and Angelo is a goldmine of information about Lima.
