a good hostel, but lacks the the social side of things ie. no common area where you can meet other travellers.staff were helpful and friendly, they could at least book train tickets for you aswell but they don't.

Staff kept no record of payment and we paid in full previous to arrival. Even with proof of payment in front of them they argued with us. The timing and approach to us was also very poor and attacking. Bathrooms were not well kept and staff ignored requests about them. 4 shower stalls are provided but only one person can shower at a time due to water pressure. The staff were rude, and the halls and bathrooms were dirty. I would never recommend this hostel.
