clean and quite hostel. Good location, but milk was expired, reception was closed at 11 pm and we could not get a towel for a shower. Cold air from the closed windows. Anyway with some attentions by the staff it could become one of the best hostels.

Went during the off season. During the summer I bet this is the best place to be in Derry. Good staff who had fun right along with the people staying there.

Less than a 10 minute walk from bus station. Friendly, easygoing staff. Common areas for meeting people. Kitchen and other common areas always open. Big book exchange. Spacious rooms. Quiet place to sleep. The building and the furnishings make for a hostel with character. Thank you!

The room is comfortable and the kitchen is convinient. And the owner is friendly. My friends and I had a wonderful time there.

The staff is very nice. Perfect hostel for backpackers who are looking for something more than a simple bed & breackfast. Derry City Independent Hostel is a kind of a family hostel.
