If you just want a cheap place to stay the night, this is great. It's out in the residential area, drab but clean, the staff are very helpful. I had a hard time finding it as the directions aren't specific, but people on the street were very helpful. you might want to check a map or call ahead for better directions.

Hello!
Weslept three nights with friend in this hostel. Staff was quite good friendly but unfortunately bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen wer not so clean!!
The worst was the noise!

A bit of a walk from the Old town, like 30 mins. It has a descent common area, 2 computers, and the wi-fi in Vilnius isn't that cool, actually like a real pain! The dorm rooms are pretty big, and the showers arent bad.

Filaretai is pretty far out from the center, so if this bothers people - a 20 minute walk to the center - its probably worth staying somewhere else.
Nice staff in a clean hostel. Only problem was that the showers were never hot.
