On the website we chose to sleep in a 4 bed dorm, when we got to hostel there was no record of a booking &we were placed in a 12 bed dorm. When we went to room there weren't enough free beds for both of us. There was no bathroom on our floor(8)& when we went to the bathrooms on the floor above or below they were not that clean with ancient shower curtains. A deposit must be given for cups&cutlery and for a laundry card. The rooms could have done with a hoover.

This hostel totally do not have a united management system!! I went to the hostel to cancel two of the night in personal. There is a receptionist said that there is OK! And a 10%discount was provided. BUT! When I went there to check-in, another receptionist told me that I can

It was rather all night noisy to be so near to tram terminal. Kitchen with breakfast was great. Best place to explore Melbourne.

Fantastic hostel with a very central location. When I was there the swipe card system had some troubles but if that is all fixed it will be an excellent hostel.
