We absolutely loved this place! We have been to tens of hostels in Europe and Asia and this was our favourite one. Would recommend this to anyone! Our recommendation for the owners how the place could be even better: add security lockers for valuables, and for winter months heating for all rooms really would be necessary - it was quite freezing in December. Keep up the good work!

Really nice guesthouse in a nice country location but keep in mind it's a 20 minute cycle for Yangshou! Their internet connection wasn't working while we were there which was a pain but otherwise very good spot and food was great too!

This hostel is an excellent alternative to staying in Yangshuo city. You are in the middle of an amazing landscape and managers and staff are relly really nice.
Lots of outdoor activities in the surrounding areas.

This hostel is in an amzing location. Its a great place to totally unwind for a few days. Just bear in mind that it is not located in Yangshuo but is a little bit outside so if you are planning on doing a few things around town you might want to spend a few days there before coming to the Giggling Tree. Other than that this place is faultless.

Unique location in the countryside. It's much better than staying in touristy Yangshuo. Go to the Giggling Tree, rent a bike and explore the area. Afterwards you can enjoy the great food and hospitality!

This place was fantastic - a relaxed and rustic getaway in a beautiful setting in the countryside, but still close enough to Yangshuo to be able to cycle there. The hosts were amazingly helpful and friendly and the activities on offer are unmissable, such as kayaking on the Li River and cycling through secluded villages and the countryside along the river. Good food and a lovely atmosphere. Private rooms nicer than the dorms but either are excellent value for money.

Great place to stay. Just be prepared that you cannot cook your own food and their prices are marked up.
