Lovely, helpful family who own the hostel. The English speaking son picked us up at airport and the mother made us feel very at home. Excellent big breakfast!

This hostel does the job of providing a basic place to stay the night before or after a flight along with a free shuttle to the airport. The staff were very friendly and welcoming while the rooms are basic and faded but clean and include cable TV. The hotel itself is in a residential area about 5 minutes from the airport, so you can sleep in or wake up in time to enjoy the included breakfast.

Good clean hostel but a bit dissapointing when we arrived at guatemala city at pitch dark and the promised pick up service was not there.

Guatemala City can be a bit daunting when you arrive so if it's a stop over this place is perfect. 100% perfect. The staff own the business here and up in Tikal and Antigua so you get that extra special care. We had flight problems and get this, they drove us around town to travel agents and helped us out over and over. If our room was in a hotel it would be the size of a suite.
