The owners were friendly, but VERY disorganized. They were hard to get a hold of for check in and out and they mixed up our reservation. Otherwise it was ok.

We and other guests had problems with the hot water as no one explained about needing to light the boiler, turn the shower on slowly, wait, and eventually the water would come through. However, the hostel is really spacious and it

As we got an old room in the main house we could not enjoy the newly built rooms in the other buildings. Lies in the center 5 min walk from main street.

This hostel was in a great location near the main street in the town. It had a big kitchen, TV and internet. The owner was very nice and gave us a map and information on things to do in and around Pucon. I would definitely stay here again.
