Everything about this hostel is just not quite right. The hostelworld page said they had wifi and they didn't, the breakfast was tiny, the workers turned up whistling in the early hours of the morning after someone had decided to play the flute at midnight, the book exchange isn't as they charge 15 pesos if you want to swap one for one, the rooms have no power points. All in all, it's just not quite what you need in any area but it's a bed if that's all you want.

They are rebuilding the hostal, so there is
sometimes some noise from that.

This will be a lovely little hostel, though while we stayed there there was lots of construction happening, they seem to be rebuiilding most of it! If you are going to stay check that this is finished... if it is then it will be a gem of a hostel!

nice hostel, attracts an older crowd so theres not a lot happening. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are lovely. Good place for a very quiet nite in

They were doing construction work next to our room. Almost the whole hostel was being redecorated.

Hostels a short walk to town, clean but going through renovation at the moment. However it was quiet at night but a little hot in the room even with a fan. The hostel advertizes that they have English speakers however Fernando the cleaner seems to be the only one who does (he should be on the reception). Also the tours were expensive here nearly 8 pounds more expensive than in town.
Very friendly staff and enjoyed our stay.
