We spoke to the hostel staff about our disappointment with the hostel: - dirty bedsheets and towels - noise all night - dirty kitchen - no swimming pool as advertised - slow internet connection not working - tiny private bedroom

The facilities were awfull. The bathroom door was broken, the sheets were stained. The breakfast was very poor. All of law quality. For me it wasn`t the hostel international quality i expected.

Ok, fair trek to the centre of town. Staff helpful, BBQ good, hot water was rare and drainage crap. lacked atmosphere. Overall good, but not great.

The worst hostel experience in 3 months in South America. A group of around 50 students had a all night party- running up and down the corridor shouting, knocking on doors and being sick outside our room and the staff did nothing. I complained in the morning after a night of no sleep and the guy on reception laughed and said it was a party what did I expect. Also, the toilet dripped all night and the shower flooded the bathroom floor and spilled into the bedroom.

In our last day there wasnt breakfast!!!! No bread, no cereal, only milk and coffee and nobody in the reception cares about it and make nothing!
