They charge for everything, and the smell in someplace is not good.

This budget hotel boasts excellent clean rooms but limited shower and WC. Location quite a walk from metro (10-15mins). Staff very friendly and helpful. Only had a key to a room although it is a shard room.

My experience at Hotel Alba was a pleasant one! I had the warmest reception from Alfredo & Urberto, the 2 brothers who manage the hotel! Alfredo has given me the invaluable information for Milan City!! I praise the lovely cleaning lady, too; she does a really good job!! The only downside is that there's no kitchen for travellers to make teacoffee or to eathang out at night time but, generally speaking, it's value for money!!

What can I say, the walls were paper thin & unfortunately none of the staff took this into consideration at all hours of the night! We constantly had broken sleep. However this place was clean as they come! Cleaned daily. Pretty weird that everytime you leave your room you have to leave your key at reception. In an unknown country this seems alittle weird to me.
