this hotel was OK....but we switched the first night because this area of CENTRO is really really ghetto and scary. Do yourself a favor and stay in a better area.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, enjoyed breakfast and free access to internet. Special thanks to Alina who kindly assisted with tour bookings. Excellent value for money. Booked a twin room with private bathroom - was given a suite with 2 rooms, bathroom, lounge and dining area!

Room was small but adequate. Free internet in lobby was useful. Day time receptionist was very helpful and thankful for my broken but attempted portugeuse.

I took a cold shower 'cause this hotel had a problem in the gas system. It was inaceptable!

We loved this place. If I could, I'd rate the staff 120% - they were very helpful in giving directions and orienting us to the city. The hostel is a bit outside of the central Sao Paulo area, which means that the streets feel a bit more safe. The breakfast was basic but did the job.
