Everyone else was spot on: the staff is unfriendly, and the place is huge?It should be a luxury hotel, not a hostel. Still, worth the visit. They threw in the locker for free.

overall it was good for the bucks. i had a yucky bathroom with no window so it was musty as tho. loved lucca tho.

The hostel is located in a beautiful building in the beautiful town of Lucca. Highly recommended!

Amazing building in a great location right in the centre of town. Excellent value hostel for the price. Unfortunately there was a guy who snored extremely loudly in my room all night, but i can't blame the hostel for that. I highly recommend this hostel, and the beautiful town of Lucca!
