Good value for money. Visited off-season so not a lot of stuff going on there, but staff was very helpful in pointing out local restaurants and sights. Not as dirty as you'd fear after reading earlier comments.

The host was seems not very good at cleaning, but very kind and gave me various sightseeing advice.

Not as unclean as I would have thought, based on other reviews, but still far from clean. right next to the train station, and relatively near to nightlife and baths etc.
