Really nice place to stay, away from the noise of the beach but not far to walk there at all, about 10 mins. Enjoyed our stay!

A couple of small issues. Please repair the insect screens on the windows as they have holes. (try using a little silicon to fill the holes). Please replace the shower head holder as it is broken (try buying one made of metal as the plastic ones always break). Otherwise a good hotel. The staff try to help you and are polite. A 10 minute walk from beach but a lot of time that is a good thing (to escape the beach noise and fesitval atmosphere).

1. The location is not good -- too far from the main strip making a late night walk home a dangerous one. 2. They charge extra for aircon. 3. The staff is super sketchy. During my three night stay in this hostel I noticed quite a few barely dressed young Cambodian women coming and going to the top floor with white middle aged men. Take that for what you think it might be.
