The place is full of characters, starting from the rooms to the garden and the cats.

The villa has very interesting atmoshpere and the staff there is really friendly to all guests. The smell of freshly baked croissants in the morning really makes your day. It would be difficult to find better location for short holiday and you can always come back there without any hesitation. It was a very good choice.

Needed fairly good navigation skills to find it!Interesting old building with lots of lovely features such as painted ceiling in the bedrooms and lovely enclosed garden (not forgetting several very well-fed cats). Very warm welcome from Jimmy. Lovely big bedroom and en suite bathroom. 20 minutes walk from the tower and 10 minutes walk from station. Excellent breakfast!

The couple that ran the Hostel were lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the best Cappuchinos. They even bought English newspapers for us. The only problem we had was that we thought we booked a room with 4 beds but it was 2 double beds and as we were 2 mothers with grown up daughters they weren't happy about sleeping with us!!

The villa Theresa was beautiful and the breakfast amazing, it was so much better than staying at a hotel anyday. Will diffently go back and spend some more time in Pisa.

we had a very good, relaxing stay here, the children were pleased to see so many beautiful things. In a small, quiet typical alley. Close to the railwaystation, if you want to do trips outside Pisa (eg beach, Lucca,..), but a little far (25' walking with the kids) to the leaning tower though loads of things to see and gelatti on the way. Marvellous and kind staff, very friendly owner.

It's the best place to stay in when you're in Pisa. Perfectly located with very comfortable, elegant rooms and bathrooms, exceptional charming garden as well as really excellent, helpful staff, Villa Theresa is much more than a hostel. I've been there already twice and I would certainly choose it again.
